🧘‍♀️ 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗟 employees at our Head Office came together to celebrate this year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing." The session focused on promoting physical fitness, mental clarity, inner balance, and overall wellness. Through guided exercises and mindful practices, employees experienced the benefits of incorporating yoga into their daily routines.
