Canadian Platform Security Leader | Global Oracle Cloud Security Leader | Driving Strategic Risk Management & Compliance | Thought Leader in Cybersecurity
I never post anything here that isn't Security or Oracle security, access governance, or why your service accounts keep me up at night. Today gets an exception. The first halftime show in World Cup final history: so many artists, a kids' choir, and somehow the Muppets. Eleven minutes, all of it raising money to get kids into classrooms and onto football pitches. For those eleven minutes I didn't think about segregation of duties once. Personal record. Then the match: Messi on one side, Lamine Yamal on the other. One man closing a story, a teenager opening his. Love and the future, sharing a pitch. Ted Lasso is back, soon 🙂, and I'm already invested in a finale that's ten episodes away. That little yellow BELIEVE sign still beats most leadership courses I've sat through. Shakira handled the rest: "bring it like you mean it". So, whatever your pitch is this week - a team, a go-live, a risk register - bring it like you mean it. And one for the day job: "mythos" is Greek for story, and AI's story just hit its Mythos moment. Frontier models are on the field. The winners won't be watching from the stands. They built their readiness, security included, like they meant it. Game on. #FIFAWorldCup #TedLasso #Believe #Leadership #AI #Cybersecurity #Mythosreadiness
