Thrilled to share that I've been promoted to Principal Engagement Manager. When someone asks me what I've enjoyed most about Databricks, or what I'm most looking forward to, or what energizes me the most, it all comes back to the people. Phenomenal product and innovation, inspiring customer stories and successes, absolutely yes - but my teammates and friends helped get me to where I am and keep me coming back every day. Of all the things this new role brings, I'm most honored and thankful that it allows me to be a minister of our culture and help it flourish.
