It’s easy to celebrate a high Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) or a successful platform launch. But a spike in numbers without a corresponding spike in customer satisfaction is a ticking clock. True, sustainable value creation happens when platform growth and user happiness (Customer Satisfaction) move upward together. In many contexts, including the Nigerian business landscape, there is a distinct gap in customer satisfaction and retention. This is where I focus. As a Product Manager, I don’t just track engagement; I specialize in customer satisfaction, retention, and how those drive consistent revenue. For me, creating value means translating complex logistics into a single, satisfying tap on a screen. Good product design should feel like a conversation, not an argument. While the data analysis and tech stacks are vital, my true passion lies in getting inside the minds of the users to anticipate their friction. To me, delivering real value means: 👉 Listening to what users don't say. 👉 Anticipating needs before frustration sets in. 👉 Building a bridge of trust between a digital service and real-world satisfaction. #ProductManagement
