As an integral part of our leadership philosophy we strive for employee engagement, participation and meaningfulness of work. What is important for our employees is important for us in the leadership team. During the latest #LLX format today, I once again was impressed by the questions from our colleagues - even if some of them were quite challenging 😉 But in my believe listening and moreover understanding is crucial for action, to tackle current and future challenges inside and outside the company. I see it as an important lesson to accept change as a new constant. Today’s contributions were reflected in the complexity and volatility of the present time. Especially now it’s important for me and my leadership team to offer guidance and stability. We stay together as one team! Within the worldwide Sales and Marketing Community we have what it needs: great team spirit, innovative ideas and the willingness to shape the future of premium mobility together.
