Big respect to Francis Ford and Howard Kenworthy for reaching 20 years at IPI Packers. What makes it even more special is that Francis started his career here with his very first job, and has stayed ever since — that says a lot about him and about IPI Packers. Same goes for Howard, whose journey and commitment have been just as remarkable. Also a big appreciation to Clem Rowe for the leadership and vision that brought IPI Packers to where it is today.
