High Commissioner Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye received a courtesy call by H.E. Mahmoud Assem ElMaghraby, Ambassador-designate of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Singapore. They discussed good bilateral relations between Rwanda and Egypt and on the African Working Group in Singapore.
