Hiab on the road: How is our US dealer network shifting the game? 📊 Since publishing our Q1 results on 24 April, 2026, it’s been a busy period of roadshows and investor meetings, especially following our exciting announcement to acquire Labrie Environmental Group at an enterprise value of USD 1,035 million. Our IR team, Aki Vesikallio & Oscar Törnwall, wants to make sure our broader audience also gets to hear these roadshow insights, which is why we are bringing this straight to your feed! ❓One investor question kept popping up recently: "How is the US dealer network expansion actually changing your operations and market potential?" Our CFO, Mikko Puolakka, broke it down during the meetings: "We are executing a major structural shift in the US, moving from a primarily direct-sales model to a hybrid dealer network. Over the last two years, we’ve activated 16 new dealers, giving us coverage across all 48 mainland states for loader cranes in the US for the first time. While we see that the US market is currently in a cyclical trough, this network improves our long-term market potential by significantly expanding our addressable sales funnel. Local partners give us a highly capable frontline presence and expand our service footprint, driving better customer outcomes. This isn't an overnight boom; the ramp-up of these dealers will still take some time, and we are looking to sign a few more going forward as well.
