🎥 Day in the life of an AGV. Hop on for a time-lapse ride through our Container Terminal Altenwerder in Hamburg from the perspective of one of our Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Our battery-powered, driverless AGVs navigate autonomously using intelligent software and transponders to determine their exact position at all times. Operating 24/7, they transport containers across the terminal, helping to keep operations flowing at one of Europe's most advanced container terminals. What you don't always see: automation doesn't mean working alone. While the AGVs handle the driving, experienced remote operators continuously monitor operations and step in whenever needed.
