We were pleased to present a roundtable on “Managing disruption, sanctions and contract stress” alongside Ethos BeathChapman (EBC) in Singapore last month. The session brought together clients and colleagues to discuss how evolving geopolitical developments continue to impact supply chains, contractual performance, and risk allocation, particularly in the context of sanctions, force majeure and market volatility.
