💡 Did you know that more than 1 in 4 neurodivergent individuals don’t feel confident managing money? That’s 27% – compared to 18% of neurotypical people.*     Money isn’t just about maths. It relies on executive function – planning, organisation, and impulse control.     At Kit, we know that when a child finds saving, budgeting or waiting difficult, the answer isn’t telling them to “try harder.”  It’s about building systems that support different brains.     This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, here are 3 simple ways families can help build money confidence:     1️⃣ 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 Once kids understand why saving matters, take willpower out of the equation. Systems reduce pressure and build consistency.     2️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 Big targets can feel abstract. Break them into smaller, visible milestones so progress feels tangible.     3️⃣ 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 – 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Confidence grows when effort is recognised. Small wins matter.     Financial education should work for all kinds of minds and that starts early 💚      👉 Read our blog on supporting neurodivergent kids with money: https://lnkd.in/gWRp_26d      *Source: Perfectly Autistic, Financial Services and ADHD Tax    #neurodiversitycelebrationweek #neurodiversity
