💬 There’s no better time to have the other talk. The money talk.     This year’s Global Money Week theme is ‘Smart Money Talks’ – a reminder that financial confidence doesn’t start in adulthood. It starts at home.    At Kit, we know that when money feels awkward or uncomfortable to talk about, silence can become the default. But small, everyday conversations can change that.     This Global Money Week, here are 3 simple ways families can start building money confidence:     1️⃣ 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀  Whether you’re grocery shopping, paying bills or planning a weekend outing, talk through your decisions. Invite questions. Normalise money as part of daily life.     2️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴  When kids earn, save and spend their own money, lessons become real. Experience creates natural opportunities to talk about choices, trade-offs and priorities.     3️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 (𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱)  If money wasn’t openly discussed in your own childhood, you’re not alone. You don’t need to overhaul everything overnight.
