What does it mean to be accredited as a Carbon Literate Organisation? Carbon Literacy is helping organisations build stronger employee engagement, foster a shared sense of direction, and empower people to actively contribute to sustainability goals. This week The Carbon Literacy Project hosted the Carbon Literate Organisation awards, and HEXPOL TPE UK are proud to renew their bronze accreditation. The award recognises the creation of a bespoke Carbon Literacy education programme for its employees, across all departments, and with the participation of its leadership. This accreditation shows that HEXPOL TPE UK is committed to establishing a low-carbon culture. Mark Griffiths, Managing Director HEXPOL TPE UK commented “Since we began the carbon literacy training back in 2022, we’ve implemented several positive changes to the business inspired by the team’s pledges. By empowering all our team members with knowledge and practical tools, we’re creating meaningful change.” And thank you to Kirsty Wood, Jill Bradford, Ellie Gibbons, Mark Clayton and all the HEXPOL TPE UK team for helping to make this happen.
