While most of us reach for another jacket, our highsite teams are out in it. Winter doesn't pause the network. When the cold fronts move in, our technicians are up on the highsites and out in the field checking equipment, clearing faults and keeping towns connected through wind, rain and freezing mornings. It's not glamorous work and it rarely makes the headlines. But it's the reason a family in a small town can still stream, study and work when the weather turns.
