As part of the renewed partnership with the École du management et de l'impact at Sciences Po Paris, the house accompanied a group of seven students taking part in the Impact Studio programme — a collective innovation initiative dedicated to tackling major contemporary challenges. Designed as a space for experimentation between students, companies, and civil society actors, Impact Studio aims to develop concrete and sustainable solutions, drawing on a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds. Invited to work on health and safety issues in our stores in France and abroad, students engaged throughout the project with several in-house experts in sustainable development, social responsibility, human resources, and retail. Store visits, field placements, and the sharing of experiences with our teams punctuated these eight months of fruitful collaboration. #HermesTalents #SciencesPo #ImpactStudio
