The teams at Hermès Digital Sales and Services (HDVS) invited 25 first-year engineering students from EFREI - Grande école du numérique to embark on an immersive experience at the heart of the house’s digital challenges. Through a series of themed workshops, the students explored our priorities in innovation, customer experience, the development of digital features, and the fight against fraud. “These conversations allow us to convey the diversity of our professions and demonstrate how digital expertise contributes to delivering a demanding, innovative, and service-oriented omnichannel experience every day.
