I became more structured, stopped overthinking every decision, and realized that making mistakes is part of learning. Having teammates who gave honest feedback and trusted me with responsibility helped me grow. 🫶 ❓ What surprised you most about the job? 💬 I didn't expect Corporate Communications to be such a mix of creativity and technology. One day I was writing a LinkedIn post or planning a photo shooting, the next day I was working in our content management system or fixing a bug. What surprised me most was how much I enjoyed the technical side of the job! ❓ What would you tell the person who'll soon be sitting in your chair? 💬 Come with curiosity—you don't need to know everything on day one. You'll bring your own ideas to life and learn from people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and generations. Some lessons will help you grow professionally.
