This is a story about chemistry. Courage. And community. ❤️ Dura came to Germany to build a new life for herself and her children. Having studied chemistry in Syria, she hoped to begin training as a chemical laboratory assistant. But finding a training position wasn’t easy. At Heraeus, her passion and determination made an impact. She found colleagues who supported her and valued her commitment regardless of her age or background. Today, Dura works in our laboratories, preparing for her final exams and looking ahead to her next chapter at Heraeus.
