𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲   HENSOLDT´s TRML-4D radars have been protecting Ukraine since the start of Russia's attack in 2022 as part of the IRIS-T SML air defence system.   Based on the latest AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar technology, #TRML-4D is also part of the ‘Near and Very Short Range Air Defence System’ NNbS ordered by the German Armed Forces and other European countries as part of the European Sky Shield initiative.    Our colleague Noah Heitkamp gives more insights into the technical features and upcoming projects. #TRML #GBAD #ESSI #detectandprotect
