𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗧 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗼 - 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 HENSOLDT has completed the #acquisition of Nedinsco, headquartered in Venlo, the Netherlands. Following receipt of all required regulatory approvals, around 140 highly skilled colleagues officially join the HENSOLDT Group today. Nedinsco is a leading European specialist in opto-mechatronic subsystems for armoured vehicles, with a proven product portfolio installed on platforms including Boxer, Lynx, CV90, Puma, and Leopard 2A8. The acquisition strengthens HENSOLDT's Optronics division and expands the company's capabilities in vehicle optronics, situational awareness, and rapid prototyping for defence applications.
