Started in the lab, now shaping hair professional innovation worldwide. 🔬💇‍♀️ Koji began his journey at Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) in Japan as a Research and Development (R&D) Product Developer in the hair color category. He later stepped into a managerial role and went on to become Head of R&D for the country, advancing product development while building future-ready teams. A defining milestone was leading the integration of Shiseido Professional's R&D into HCB. It went beyond systems and data, bringing people together and unlocking stronger collaboration. 🤝 Today, Koji is based in Hamburg, Germany, managing the R&D Professional Care EMEA team while serving as Global Innovation Manager for R&D Professional.
