🤝Strengthening employee dialogue across Europe   As Helvetia and Baloise continue their integration journey, employee representation is also coming together. The former European Forums of both companies have been united into a single European Forum of the Helvetia Baloise Group.   🌍The Forum brings together employee representatives from across our European markets and provides a structured platform for dialogue with Group leadership. It helps ensure that employees are informed, consulted and heard on important cross-border topics, including strategic developments, organizational changes and the future direction of our Group.   As an important milestone of the integration, the European Forum and Group leadership have jointly developed and adopted a new cooperation agreement.
