Double automotive expertise for HELM AG: strengthening our Supervisory Board With Barbara Frenkel (Former Executive Board Member at Porsche AG) and Dr. Ralph Kiessling (Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Little and former senior executive at Umicore and Evonik Industries), we welcome two highly experienced leaders whose deep expertise in the automotive and chemical industries will further strengthen our strategic direction. Their combined experience in global supply chains, sustainable transformation, and industrial operations will be particularly valuable as we continue to advance our transformation – including the growth of our lithium business and our increasing engagement with the automotive sector. At the same time, we extend our sincere thanks to David Neumann, CEO of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG), who is stepping down from the HELM Supervisory Board after 17 years of dedicated service. The reconstituted Supervisory Board of HELM AG now comprises Chairwoman Petra Scharner-Wolff, CEO of Otto Group, consultant and former Henkel Executive Board member Bruno Piacenza, as well as the two newly appointed members.
