We’re seeing a clear shift in how people approach their diets 🌱🍽️ More consumers are moving towards flexible ways of eating, with some vegetarians reintroducing meat as they focus on health, protein and overall nutritional balance. New HelloFresh UK research, recently featured in The Times, shows how this trend is playing out in everyday life: around half of our customers now follow a flexitarian approach - combining plant-based meals with occasional meat or fish, while still enjoying a wide variety of vegetarian dishes.
