⚡ 48% faster user journeys. Here's how we did it. As we grow our menu, speed and scalability aren't a nice-to-have for us, they're core to our customer experience on our app and websites. We recently partnered with AWS to expand our platform architecture to be multi-regional, on Amazon EKS, while building data and caching layers geographically closer to where our customers actually are, across three continents. We also built a smart edge traffic router, so every user journey request now is served from the nearest cluster, eliminating over-the-ocean hops. The result: a 48% cut in page latency, and a highly performant customer experience that we can build personalization layers on top of.
