✈️ A dream, a cockpit, and a first day I’ll never forget. Today marked my first day at Nedap, and what a beginning it was. I’ve joined the amazing Market Solutions team in Nedap Security as KAM for the DACH region, at a company that truly practices what it preaches — innovation with a human touch, and an environment where people matter just as much as technology. Our first team training turned into an unforgettable experience: I actually got to fly a Boeing 737 simulator — a lifelong dream come true. But it wasn’t just about aviation. Next to that image having to handle 20 inbound- and outbound flights simultaneously from a perspective of an Air Traffic Controller. Through the training, we learned how air traffic control manages complex communication under pressure — a powerful metaphor for concise and effective teamwork. Feeling the importance of clarity, collaboration, and trust — both in the cockpit and in a team — was the perfect way to start this new chapter. Round that off with an inspiring #storytelling training where you learn to take action! I’m genuinely happy to be part of a company that values learning, growth, and people above all else.
