How do we get better at what we do - or learn things we can't do yet? I'm happy to have just completed my systemic #trainer certification with this wonderful group of people at Coaching Akademie Berlin. Thank you for this amazing 6-months ride! What I'm taking with me is not another toolbox, but a true understanding of how people learn fastest and build new skills. Like in football, real learning happens on the field. You practice, repeat, get it wrong, try again, get feedback. You model others. You try things that feel impossible at first. Others spot strengths you don't see yet - and with that feedback you get better and trust yourself. This is how we become better at what we do. This new role as a trainer helps me make my leadership experience more usable for others by translating years of practice - what works, what doesn't - into learning people can actually apply. This year, I've worked with many startup leaders stepping into responsibility while everything is in transition, nothing ever fixed. In those moments, learning has to be hands-on, and it needs a space where people can try things out and see themselves with the eyes of others. This is where I want to spend more of my time: creating trainings that help leaders in startups grow in their role faster. I’m incredibly thankful to our trainer Michèle Marie Reber for modelling what it means to create spaces full of positive energy and facilitate a group with clarity, humour and depth. 🙌 ✨ And a huge THANK YOU to my talented peers - you made learning really collaborative and fun. ❤️ Caroline Braun Anna Voigt Jessica Hellwig Maria Richter-Herrmann Florian Kirsch Andrea Ernst Carlotta Cardone #trainthetrainer #leadership #startups #systemic #coachingakademieberlin #training #craft #gratitude
