We’re proud to share that Heidi has been selected as sole supplier for a new NHS England Midlands framework for ambient voice technology. It’s the largest procurement of its kind in NHS history, covering up to 70,000 clinicians across 15 acute and community trusts, every Midlands ICB, and 1,239 GP practices. The framework followed a competitive process run by Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals. It was built on real pilot results, not projections: an 80% reduction in documentation time in Dudley’s Same Day Emergency Care unit and a six-month rheumatology letter backlog cut to 14 days.
