Focus on “Engineering Intelligence” – the mindset and capabilities that turn climate targets into real industrial change, not only on today’s International Women in Engineering Day 🏭 Decarbonising cement and scaling technologies like carbon capture will only be possible if we attract and develop the brightest engineering minds. Our ambition? Ensure more women can build their careers in roles where they shape this transition. One example: In Brevik, our “Engineers in Training” participant Anna Dyduch is gaining first-hand experience of how our teams redesign cement production and make carbon capture work at plant level. Through the programme, she can see how different disciplines and nationalities collaborate across borders on the next generation of low carbon solutions. Anna is part of a new generation of women engineers who will make low carbon cement the new normal!
