#Heel_Inside – Our employees in the spotlight 👥 It’s time once again to take a look behind the scenes. 😊 ➡️ Today’s spotlight: Sandra Spissinger, Chemical Laboratory Technician in Pharmaceutical Quality Control. Sandra has been part of Heel since 2011, and her journey began with a lucky coincidence. When the site of the company where she was originally completing her apprenticeship closed down, she continued her training at Heel. Looking back today, she says: “It was the best thing that could have happened to me professionally!” In her day-to-day work, Sandra and her team help ensure that our high quality standards are consistently maintained. She analyzes raw materials and medicines using modern laboratory methods and makes sure that our products meet the highest requirements. 🔬✨ But when asked what makes Heel special to her, she primarily talks about something else: the people. ❤️ Together with three colleagues from her department, Sandra has been participating in running events for years, especially the Heel-Lauf. 😊 Shared training sessions have turned into friendships. Colleagues have become a close-knit team. Whether they are running together, attending other sporting events, or occasionally stopping for an ice cream after training, they have long since been spending time together beyond the laboratory. 🏃‍♀️🍦 For Sandra, that is what makes Heel unique: meeting people who work together, support one another, and genuinely enjoy spending time together outside of work. For her, team spirit at Heel is not just a buzzword, it is part of everyday life. 💚 Professionally, Sandra has continuously developed over the years, taken on new responsibilities, and expanded her expertise. Yet what matters just as much to her is the positive working environment: overcoming challenges together, celebrating successes, and being able to rely on one another.
