🎓✨ Exciting conversations, inspiring career paths, and strong interest in entry opportunities at Heel! Last week, our team attended the career fair at KIT – the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, one of Germany’s leading technical universities. Each year, the fair brings companies and students together face-to-face – and that personal exchange is exactly what makes it so valuable: asking questions, gaining insights, making connections, and exploring career paths. For us, the day was a real highlight as well: At our booth, we were engaged in conversations almost non-stop with curious, motivated, and dedicated students from a wide range of disciplines. 😊 Most frequently discussed topics included: 💡 Internships at Heel 💡 Entry-level opportunities 💡 Career prospects 💡 Our day-to-day work 💡 Development opportunities A special highlight was the personal story of our colleague Ronnie Kastner: He studied at KIT himself, completed an internship at Heel during his master’s program, and joined us directly after graduating in 2021. Today, he works in Production Operations Non Sterile and was able to give students first-hand insight into what a career path at Heel can look like. 🚀 And the best part: We’ve already received the first internship applications! 📩👏 A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth.
