Founding a company means learning that not everything is within your control. In the latest part of our alumni interview series, the co-founder of Charge Circle, Sinah-Nikola Enahoro, speaks openly about one of her biggest challenges as an entrepreneur: accepting that even with hard work, commitment, and careful planning, some things simply cannot be influenced. For someone who likes to take responsibility and stay in control, that realization was not always easy. But over time, she learned to see it differently. “No matter how much effort you put into something, there are still things you can’t control. That was tough for me in the beginning. But today, it also gives me confidence — because sometimes, if something doesn’t work out, then maybe it simply wasn’t meant to be.” Entrepreneurship is not only about building a business. It is also about learning to deal with uncertainty, trust the process, and keep moving forward. 🎥 Watch the next part of our interview series for honest insights into the realities of building a company. #HECTORSchool #Entrepreneurship #kitkarlsruhe #Leadership #Innovation #Founders #engineering #ExecutiveEducation
