During the past six months, 3 new installations of Thermography-controlled wIRA® superficial hyperthermia have been installed in Germany and Austria: -         University Hospital Heidelberg, Dept. of Radiation Oncology: https://lnkd.in/eDQrVpbZ -         Klinikum Stuttgart / Stuttgart Cancer Center: https://lnkd.in/e25DYzJB -         Installed yesterday: Medical University of Graz, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Dept. of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology The systems are used as effective radiosensitizer in the treatment of various superficial tumors. The field of application and scientific research includes combined hyperthermia/re-irradiation protocols with considerably decreased fractions, total dose and toxicity, as well as addition of hyperthermia to standard radiation protocols.
