As mentioned in the last edition of the Spirit of Management,  this spring marks the beginning of a new Interreg Meuse-Rhine (NL-BE-DE) project, REAL. With REAL, coordinated by Hogeschool PXL and in collaboration  with a total of 11 partnersfrom Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium,  the research team from professors Nathalie Crutzen and Didier Van Caillie (Strategy & Performance for the Society) will support manufacturing SMEs in their transition towards Industry 5.0.  Concretely, we will develop actionable solutions and tools to bridge the gap between SMEs and innovation to shape a human-centric, sustainable and resilient manufacturing industry. We will focus on the Walloon Region but in total we will support 76 mSMEs.
