I held our Q2 Team QBR yesterday at the Manly Skiff Club, and welcomed Patrick Forquer, our CRO to Australia. It was a good excuse to look back, and plan for the second half. The harbour was choppy, the swell was up, whale watching was cancelled and the boats were rocking at the dock the whole session. This felt about right; a year ago this team was just me. Yesterday I looked around the room and counted more than 30 people. It will be over 50 soon. That's what scaling actually looks like. You don't wait for calm water. You build a team that can read the swell and keep moving anyway. The joy is in seeing the real impact to clients. Since we rolled out the Legora agentic OS, usage has climbed across the board. The entry point for accessing deep and complex capability is lower and lawyers are actually changing how they work. Globally, the team soared past our ARR goal this quarter, hit 50%+ quarter-over-quarter growth for the second quarter running, crossing 1,500 customers. One rep closed more than $4M in new business alone!! Eight closed north of $2M each. Locally we celebrated a few promotions, our culture award winners and a birthday; Oliver Warrener, Daniel Valente, Jason Lee, Lauren Marion and Will Gale. To the team that went from one to 30+ in twelve months: thank you. Choppy water and all, I wouldn't want to be sailing with anyone else. Tacking into H2. ⛵
