What a wonderful 6 ½ years at Appcast, Inc! As this chapter comes to an end, I wanted to thank a number of people: Chris Cummins who first found me on LinkedIn; you were such an amazing CRO to work with - all partnership, no finger-pointing - together we accomplished great things. Thank you for everything, Cummins. Christian Forman who hired me and was the best boss I’ve ever had. And yes, Forman hates the word “boss” - sorry dude, you were my boss, and you were awesome. Your ability to set a high bar, to push, but then also to communicate and support - it’s an incredible combination. The Marketing team leaders I had the privilege of working with across my first five years - Kris Salazar, Alicia Little, Annie Pullen, Jen Borgstrom, Andrew Flowers - you were the Dream Team. And the broader Marketing team we led - best in the biz. Creating and launching Recruitnomics with this crew was a career highlight for me. The Growth Team leaders I worked with across the last two years - Scott Saunders, Roy Jacques, Tyler Dewdney, Kris Salazar, Zachery Tweddell, and Brianna Huynh. Appcast Sales, SDR, ABC, and UK teams - you guys rock. Keep going (and keep karaoke-ing). My longtime Needham office colleagues who made coming to the office a joy. Ellen Murphy, Andrew Flowers, Sam Kuhn, Josh Previte, Liz Mahon, Courtney Ford, Sam Flaherty plus so many others - oh and newer additions - Kristin Simonini and Heath Umbach. I miss our Wednesday lunches - keep prioritizing together time. Freddy office peeps - I don’t want to leave anyone out so let me just say, my visits to your office were highlights of my Appcast experience. What you have is SO special. The external partners who elevated so many of our marketing programs - Something Familiar | B Corp, Revitalise Marketing, Gabriel Marketing Group. You made us better and were such a delight - I’ll be calling again soon. 😀  Andrea Abbott, Phil Skrzekut, and the other wonderful colleagues from Bayard who joined Appcast in the summer of 2023 - you made us better. Wolfgang Bruhn for bringing Appcast (and Bayard!) into the Stepstone family, and Sebastian Dettmers for the opportunity to grow and lead at Stepstone. Matt Molinari for supporting my move to Chief Growth Officer in the summer of 2024 and my exec team colleagues (Andrea Abbott, Kelsey Krater, Dzmitry Nikitsin, Tom Chevalier, Michael Halperin, Stacie Yamaguchi, Kristi Sampson, Matt Plummer) who made herculean efforts to lead our teams in 2025. It was a big year, and we accomplished so much. Finally, to all of Appcast’s Interns I've had the pleasure of working with. You guys are amazing. LinkedIn won’t let me link your names - Madeline, Sammy, Charlie, Ryan, Joey, Colleen, Kathleen, Sydney, Gabrielle, Olivia, and yes - LIAM. For now, I’ll be off with my kids - riding camels in the desert, not missing a single performance, and savoring every moment as they grow up WAY too fast. More on the next professional chapter soon …
