This painting was done by Vacal Havel, former President of Czechoslovakia. He was given access to this Special Ops group in 1980 in Bad Tolz, Germany 🇩🇪 when my family was stationed there. Someone sent me a cheat sheet this weekend with some of the names. (It’s online which is the only reason I’m sharing the version with the names). Havel is seated in the right of my Dad, CSM “Hoopy” Qualls (Ret.) I’ve always loved this picture. #army #specialforces #greenberet #specialoperations
