We recently celebrated the second cohort of 2025-26 Leadership Academy, Emerging Leaders at their graduation. The program is tailored for employees who may not yet be in formal leadership roles but have been identified as high-potential candidates for future roles. Over nine months, participants immersed themselves in context-based leadership development opportunities and were given the opportunity to explore how they can apply their learning to real situations within the workplace. Gladwin Abrio, Manager Sourcing Category Management, resonated with the course material, which taught lessons in emotional intelligence, responding to bias, and decision-making. “I came in with an open mind and that set me up for a rollercoaster of thoughts, emotions, a lot of retrospect and insights – the view showed me that the man in the mirror still had lots of room to grow.” After successfully graduating from the program, the graduates have gained tools to build their confidence and capability to lead, support and empower others. #HSSImpact #HSSCulture #Leadership #HSSCareers #EveryoneBelongsatHSS
