🚀 Day 2 of the HealthIntelAct Training Week is underway! Today’s sessions offered our fellows an intensive and engaging opportunity to deepen their understanding of how to evaluate and improve healthcare systems from multiple perspectives. Throughout the morning, the 17 fellows engaged in hands-on activities focused on studying and interpreting health system performance indicators through the integrated lens of People, Planet, and Prosperity. This holistic perspective encouraged critical thinking on how healthcare systems can generate value not only for patients, but also for society and the environment. 🎓 The programme then explored one of the most crucial dimensions of healthcare evaluation:
• The patient experience in performance assessment, highlighting how patient-centered perspectives can inform more responsive and effective health systems 🔍 In the afternoon, fellows took part in the Masterclass:
• Equitable access to healthcare services: the experience of peripheral areas Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, our fellows were introduced to key projects and research areas developed by the Interdisciplinary Center for Health Science of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
