At Healthdirect, every interaction touches someone's health information. Getting this right isn't optional. Each year, we run Privacy Awareness Week to keep privacy front of mind across our organisation. This year — aligned with the national theme Smart Tech, Smarter Choices — we focused on AI literacy with our 'PAWS before you prompt' campaign. PAWS stands for Pause, Assess, Watch, Scrutinise — four simple checks to help our people engage with AI thoughtfully and safely. The week featured daily AI terminology, 'Spot the Dodgy Treat' challenges, videos, and a puppy cuddle session that was, unsurprisingly, a big hit 🐶 Privacy isn't a once-a-year conversation.
