After much discussion, we've made the difficult decision to put the Health Yeah! Podcast on hold for the foreseeable future due to personal and professional commitments that require our full attention at this time. While this isn't the outcome we had hoped for, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has listened, watched, commented, shared, and supported us along the way. Our goal has always been to provide evidence-based conversations about health, nutrition, fitness, longevity, and living well through midlife. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or recently discovered the podcast, thank you for being part of this journey. Although we are pausing production, all of our episodes and content will remain available, and we encourage you to revisit and share any conversations that you found valuable. As for the future, we aren't closing the door. We simply don't know what the next chapter looks like yet.
