Lunchtime Yoga: Bringing wellbeing into the workday As part of our internal wellbeing efforts, our staff wellbeing team recently organised lunchtime yoga sessions for Health Promotion Board staff, helping HPB-ians stay active and find moments of calm amid busy schedules. The response was encouraging: “Had a great flow workout! Teacher is professional and gives multiple options from beginner to advanced poses. Hope to participate more in future.” “Have more yoga activities!” When staff ask for more, it tells us we’re on the right track. We’ll continue finding practical ways to embed wellbeing into the workday.
