Today, we celebrate two colleagues who have done exactly that for a decade. Helle (right) is the one who makes things move in practice. In shipping, she ensures our products reach customers across the world - on time and as expected. It sounds simple. It isn’t. It takes structure, precision, and the ability to keep complex flows running without friction. Shaun (middle) works in our production. He is part of the team that ensures what we deliver actually holds up—in operation, under pressure, and over time. And for the past 10 years, he has helped raise the bar on quality—day in, day out. What they share? They show up. They take responsibility. They deliver. At a time where things change fast, it’s worth recognizing the people who create stability. 10 years is not just loyalty.
