Khaled Hashem; the Governor of Gharbia, Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty; the Chairperson of the Industrial Development Authority, Dr. Nahed Youssef; the Assistant Minister for Industrial Policies, Dr. Maha Saleh; Eng. Mahmoud El-Shamy (Member of Parliament); Al-Hajj Mahmoud El-Fouty; along with several leading officials from the Ministry of Industry.
