“Sahada emeğin cinsiyeti değil, gücü konuşur” anlayışıyla çıktığımız bu yolda, Türkiye’nin ilk kadın Yol Güvenliği Uzmanı’nın bu alanda yer almasına katkı sunmak benim için büyük bir gurur. Doğru insanları doğru pozisyonlarda konumlandırmanın, bazen sadece bir işe alım değil; bir bakış açısını değiştiren güçlü bir adım olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ve biliyorum ki bu sadece başlangıç. Sahada kadın gücünü daha birçok alanda göstermeye devam edeceğiz. I believe that placing the right people in the right positions is sometimes more than just recruitment; it is a powerful step toward changing perspectives and breaking boundaries. And I know this is only the beginning. We will continue to demonstrate the strength of women in many more areas on the field, because one courageous step taken by a woman opens the way for many others to follow.
