At Haworth, we care deeply about creating neuro-inclusive workplaces that support wellbeing, belonging, and better experiences for everyone.  Over the past few weeks, our Ideation team across Asia Pacific has been sharing insights from Haworth’s newly released neurodiversity research and workshopping with designers and clients around two key experiences:  First, a workshop that brings high-level research insights to life, helping participants better understand neurodiversity and its impact in the workplace, while applying persona-based thinking to real work scenarios.  Second, a workplace sensory experience that goes beyond the physical environment, encouraging people to reflect on the feelings and senses that shape how we perceive and experience space.  These sessions have already taken place in Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Tokyo, each one sparking meaningful conversations around empathy, inclusion, and the future of workplace design..... .....And we’re not done yet.
