𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 ⚡ In PVD coating, adhesion starts long before the coating is applied. It starts inside the vacuum chamber, where plasma source etching cleans and prepares every product surface. For years, improving that process meant patience. Engineers tested a parameter, waited for the full cycle, checked the result and started again. Hauzer engineers found a smarter way. By using optical emission spectroscopy, they could see the ions in the slowest etching area and adjust parameters much faster.
