I want to tell you about the best mentor I’ve ever had and what made him great. At #ECOMPLY, we were lucky to tap into Munich’s vibrant entrepreneurial network — accelerators, incubators, advisory boards, and mentorship programs. Through those programs, we met many coaches and mentors. But one person stood out. And here’s why 👇 He listened deeply and truly understood us. He spoke to us on eye level. He challenged our weak spots. He offered clear judgement and helped us see the bigger picture. He was patient. Sometimes we needed time to change our views. He acted selflessly, never trying to upsell services. And he stuck with us through the tough times, long after the programs ended. Through all of this, he had a real, lasting impact — on our decisions, our growth, and our outcomes. He became my model for how I now #mentor others. Listening. Caring. Challenging. Committing.
