Why do we need Agility now more than ever? The current crisis, inflicted by the new coronavirus is a, if not THE, example for a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. Under such circumstances “standard procedure”, which is based on previous experience, does not work to resolve new issues. An approach to such environments is agility, which started in SW development.
