I think LinkedIn should add a new reaction: š "I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, but congratulations." š Every day I see posts like: "Thrilled to announce a strategic transformation leveraging innovative synergies to optimize scalable solutions." Me: "No clue what that means... but I'm happy for you!" š On a serious note, one thing I've learned is that people connect more with authenticity than perfection. You don't have to sound like a corporate robot. You don't need a life-changing announcement every week. Sometimes sharing a lesson, a challenge, a win, or even a laugh is enough to start a meaningful conversation. Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep connecting.
